Returns & Refunds

We’re here to support your wellness journey—and that includes making sure you’re happy with what you receive. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it better.

Our Policy

Unless otherwise stated, we offer a 14-day return window, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unopened and unused
  • In its original condition and packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

How to Initiate a Return

If your item meets the criteria above:

  1. Submit your return request via our [Returns Portal] (or email us at support@shilives.com)
  2. Once approved (typically within 1–3 business days), we’ll email you a prepaid return label and simple step-by-step instructions.
  3. Pack and send it back—our team will handle the rest.

Items We Cannot Accept

For hygiene and safety reasons, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges on the following (unless the item is faulty or sent in error):

  • Menstrual care products (e.g., cups, tampons, pads, liners, discs)
  • Underwear or swimwear
  • Opened supplements or ingestible wellness products
  • Diagnostic or test kits
  • Digital tools and subscriptions
  • Gift cards
  • Sale/discounted items

International Orders

At this time, all orders placed outside of the Netherlands are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged, Faulty, or Wrong Item?

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is missing, incorrect, or arrives damaged:

  • Email us at support@shilives.com
  • Include your order number and a clear photo or description of the issue

We’ll evaluate it right away and make it right—whether that’s a refund, replacement, or store credit.

Exchanges

Want something different? The fastest way is to:

  1. Submit a return request for your current item
  2. Place a new order for the product you’d prefer

This ensures availability and faster processing.

When Will I Get My Refund?

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • It may take additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the refund in your account
